Event Conceptualization
Chose Duke’s Waikiki by the beach where guests can unwind and have a few drinks while listening to traditional Hawaiian ukulele live music. Venue was a 2 storey deck by the pool

2 bars were set up – 1 on each deck
Light buffet was set up on lower deck
Venue Set Up
Cocktail tables in black spandex were set up on both decks. Candles were placed on the cocktail tables
Tiki torches set up by the beach
Registration table was set up
Entertainment
Trio of Ukulele band performing. Epsilon’s mascot made a surprise appearance
Branding
Coasters and beer koozies
All guests were greeted with a fresh purple orchid garland (corporate color of Epsilon)
